Get the following as organic whenever buying them:
- grapes (imported)
- potatoes
- collard greens/kale
- cherries
- domestic blueberries
- nectarines
- sweet bell peppers
- apples
- spinach
- strawberries
- celery
- peaches
NOTE: The above are foods most heavily poisoned by pesticides.
Possibly left off of this list are carrots, beans and beets – but the above 12 items represent the top dozen offenders.
Cleanest 15 Foods (non-organically grown)
- honeydew melon
- grapefruit
- sweet potatoes
- watermelon
- cantaloupe (domestic)
- eggplant
- kiwi
- asparagus
- cabbage
- mangoes
- peas (frozen)
- pineapple
- sweet corn (frozen)
- onions
- avocado

Roundup and that other crap they’re spraying is absorbed into these plants through the root system. If it kills anything not genetically engineered then my question is what about killing us? Are we genetically engineered to withstand the effects of this stuff too? People need to stop eating anything that’s on the bad list and start eating only what’s on the good list… and start detoxification if they know what’s good for them. That’s all I can say.
